Package Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is free from signs of wear.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
